Keith Elder is an account manager here at Empire. Keith is originally from Linden, NJ but grew up in Elizabeth, NJ. Keith is very influenced by his dad, he taught him that failure comes from not trying. He attended Berkley College and has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He also played basketball and ran track and field. The success that Keith has achieved so far while working here at Empire is the development of his mindset and being able to re-teach others what he’s learned while being here and becoming an account manager. His short-term professional goals are to become a branch owner in 3-5 months, as well as spreading his knowledge to others and being able to help them grow within the business. Keith has long-term goals of becoming financially free. He is highly motivated by the morning meetings that we have here, hearing about people’s growth journey and the skillsets they’ve developed on the way is super motivating.
Fun facts: Keith is currently writing a book about his life and the hardships he faced and he also loves to write music and poetry.
