Kristina DeJoy is our Head of Recruiting and Administration and one of the driving forces behind the team’s success. Kristina graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance.
Kristina has been with us since the start of 2020 and has played a major role in our incredible growth journey. What began as one office in Philadelphia has expanded to more than 20 locations across the United States, and Kristina’s leadership, dedication, and hard work have been a key part of making that possible.
Known for her energy and ability to keep everything running smoothly, Kristina helps create a positive workplace culture while connecting great people with great opportunities. She has a natural talent for making both employees and clients feel welcomed, supported, and valued.
Outside of work, Kristina has a creative side and can play seven different musical instruments, with guitar being her favorite. She’s also passionate about health and fitness and is always working toward new personal goals, including one day earning her professional card in women’s bodybuilding.
Kristina brings heart, hustle, and personality to everything she does, and we’re lucky to have her leading the way.
