His natural hand-eye coordination extends beyond the field, showing up in activities like darts, ping pong, bowling, and pool—anything that rewards precision and focus.
Aaron began his professional career in the high-end fine dining industry, starting as a busser and working his way up through roles as a bartender and server before ultimately becoming a Banquet Manager. This journey instilled in him a deep appreciation for work ethic, attention to detail, and delivering high-level experiences.
He later found his passion in business development and leadership through Empire Management Group, where he was drawn to the culture, unlimited growth potential, and the opportunity to control his own income.
