Abdirahman Hagaley is an Account Manager here at Empire. Previous to working at Empire, he was a truck driver for a little while, and before that he was working at Seattle Public Schools as an interventionist and a translator.
His favorite things about working here are the growth opportunities as well as the culture. Growth being the main one solely because of how fast paced the growth is and it is uncapped, but it ties well in with the culture because everyone here helps everyone else win. We all win as a unit.
His motivation is his family. He aims to be able to provide his wife, kids, parents, and siblings all the finer things in life. To be in a position where his family will forever be set while still having the ability to help others around him as well.
A fun fact about him is he is really into snowboarding and shoes. In his humble opinion snowboarding has got to be one of the best things in life and everyone should try it at least once.
